Collezione Santina Couture was honoured to sponsor the prestigious Italian National Ball celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the Italian Republic, one of Australia's most significant Italian-Australian cultural events. Hosted by CO.AS.IT. Sydney, the leading Italian community organisation in Australia, the event brought together more than 600 distinguished guests, including the Premier of NSW the Hon Chris Minns, political leaders, dignitaries, business professionals, media personalities and members of the Italian-Australian community. CO.AS.IT. has proudly served the community since 1968, supporting Italian language, culture, education, aged care and community services throughout New South Wales. As part of the evening, Collezione Santina Couture proudly dressed Official MC and 7 News Sydney Reporter and Journalist, Sarina Andaloro, in a custom-designed couture gown crafted in luxurious Duchess Stretch Satin. Designed exclusively by Santina Porpiglia, the gown showcased timeless elegance, modern femininity and impeccable couture craftsmanship. The bespoke design was created to complement the prestige of the occasion while delivering comfort, confidence and red carpet sophistication. The Italian National Ball celebrates Festa della Repubblica Italiana and supports CO.AS.IT.'s ongoing work within the Italian-Australian community. The event is recognised as one of Australia's premier Italian charity gala events. For designer Santina Porpiglia, the evening carried special meaning. A proud first-generation Italian-Australian, Santina's parents migrated to Australia in the 1950s from Reggio Calabria and Catanzaro, Italy. Their legacy, culture and appreciation for craftsmanship continue to inspire every couture gown created within the Collezione Santina Couture atelier. In addition to dressing the Official MC, Collezione Santina Couture proudly donated two couture design vouchers in support of the event and its fundraising initiatives.
